With March 1st just around the corner, it means that tax season is nearly here! Our office is ready to assist you this tax season and to kick it off make sure you read our tax newsletter below.
Our newsletter this year includes what is new in our office, the protocols you can anticipate seeing when you visit our office, understanding tax brackets, the home office deduction this year, a few things to know about crypto currency, and a discussion on the new sick pay for employees. It is time to start collecting your income tax slips, donation receipts, medical expenses, investment transaction details, rental property documents, business income and expenses, etc. and either drop them off at our office or electronically send them to us through CitrixFiles.
As a reminder, we do have a drop slot to the left of our front office door that you can use any day, any time. Just make sure the records are in an enclosed envelope with your name on it and we will add it to your tax file.
